  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Toast the bread until golden and crisp.

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop flesh into a bowl.

  • Mash avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.

  • Spread mashed avocado evenly over each slice of toast.

  • Crumble feta over the avocado layer.
