These festive Baked Cranberry Brie Bites combine creamy brie, tart cranberry sauce, and flaky puff pastry in a mini muffin tin — perfect for holiday entertaining.
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
6 oz brie cheese, cut into 24 cubes
½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
Roll out puff pastry into a 12×12-inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
Press each square into the mini muffin cups.
Place one brie cube in each cup.
Top with ½ tsp cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle nuts and rosemary on top, if using.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
Let cool 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
Substitute cranberry sauce with fig jam, raspberry preserves, or onion marmalade. Make ahead and bake fresh. Freeze unbaked for up to 1 month.
