These festive Baked Cranberry Brie Bites combine creamy brie, tart cranberry sauce, and flaky puff pastry in a mini muffin tin — perfect for holiday entertaining.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 6 oz brie cheese, cut into 24 cubes

  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce

  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

  • Roll out puff pastry into a 12×12-inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.

  • Press each square into the mini muffin cups.

  • Place one brie cube in each cup.

  • Top with ½ tsp cranberry sauce.

  • Sprinkle nuts and rosemary on top, if using.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.

  • Let cool 5 minutes before removing from the tin.

Notes

Substitute cranberry sauce with fig jam, raspberry preserves, or onion marmalade. Make ahead and bake fresh. Freeze unbaked for up to 1 month.
