A quick and flavorful rice bowl made with seasoned ground turkey, creamy-spicy bang bang sauce, and fresh toppings — perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.
1 lb ground turkey
1 tbsp oil
1/2 small onion, diced (optional)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Optional: 1 tsp hoisin, red pepper flakes
Bang Bang Sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tsp lime juice or rice vinegar
Rice:
3 cups cooked white or jasmine rice
Toppings (optional):
Green onions
Shredded carrots
Sesame seeds
Cilantro
Avocado
Lime wedges
Cook rice and keep warm.
Mix bang bang sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet. Cook turkey with onion and garlic until browned.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and spices. Stir and cook 2–3 more minutes.
Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, sauce, and toppings.
Swap turkey for chicken or pork if preferred.
Use cauliflower rice for low-carb option.
