A creamy, cheesy casserole with shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and pasta or potatoes — all baked together for an easy, satisfying dinner.
2–3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
2 cups cooked pasta or diced cooked potatoes
½ cup BBQ sauce
⅓ cup ranch dressing
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, BBQ sauce, ranch, cream cheese, and half the cheddar.
Stir in cooked pasta or potatoes until coated.
Transfer to baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and hot. Broil for 2–3 minutes if desired.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
