A creamy, cheesy casserole with shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and pasta or potatoes — all baked together for an easy, satisfying dinner.

  • 23 cups cooked, shredded chicken

  • 2 cups cooked pasta or diced cooked potatoes

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, BBQ sauce, ranch, cream cheese, and half the cheddar.

  • Stir in cooked pasta or potatoes until coated.

  • Transfer to baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.

  • Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and hot. Broil for 2–3 minutes if desired.

  • Garnish with green onions before serving.
