1 baguette
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 peaches, sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons basil
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Slice baguette and brush with olive oil.
Toast bread for 8–10 minutes until golden.
Whip ricotta with honey and lemon zest until smooth.
Spread whipped ricotta on each toast.
Add sliced peaches on top.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and basil.
Drizzle remaining honey and serve.
