5 cups baby spinach
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1/3 cup feta cheese
1/3 cup almonds or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly.
Cut broccoli into small florets.
Combine spinach, broccoli, blueberries, onion, cheese, nuts, and cranberries in a bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
