20 ounces cheese tortellini
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Caesar dressing
1 cup croutons
1 tablespoon olive oil

Cook cheese tortellini in salted boiling water according to package directions.
Drain and rinse briefly under cool water to stop the cooking process.
