A cheesy, garlicky chicken wrap with a crispy finish and a creamy, savory filling. Quick, satisfying, and full of bold flavor.
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ tsp Italian herbs
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
4 large flour tortillas
4 tbsp mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
Optional: shredded lettuce, sliced tomato
1 tbsp butter or olive oil for toasting
Combine chicken, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs. Let sit 10–15 minutes.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through, 6–8 minutes.
Mix all cheeses in a bowl.
Warm tortillas and spread with mayo or yogurt. Add lettuce, tomato, chicken, and cheese.
Wrap tightly, fold sides in, and roll.
Toast in a skillet with butter or oil, 2–3 minutes per side, until crisp and golden.
Cut and serve warm.
