A fast and flavorful twist on a classic burger, these Smash Burger Tortilla Wraps feature seasoned beef smashed onto a tortilla with melted cheese and fresh toppings—all crisped to perfection in a skillet.
1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup thin-sliced onions
1 tbsp oil or butter
Burger Sauce (Optional):
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp chopped pickles
In a small bowl, stir together the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Lay a tortilla flat. Place a slice of cheese in the center.
Press 3–4 oz ground beef into a thin circle over the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Place the tortilla beef-side down. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
Flip and cook 1–2 more minutes until golden.
Remove from skillet and top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and sauce.
Fold into a wrap or half-moon. Return to pan if needed to seal and crisp.
Slice and serve hot.
