1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast sliced thin
4 cups broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic minced
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil optional
Slice chicken thinly and pat dry.
Whisk soy sauce, broth, and cornstarch slurry together.
Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove.
