4 cups broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic minced
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil optional

Instructions

  • Slice chicken thinly and pat dry.

  • Whisk soy sauce, broth, and cornstarch slurry together.

  • Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove.

  • Sauté garlic briefly, then add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
