2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
5 large eggs
1 tablespoon milk or cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
Scramble eggs with milk just until soft-set.
Combine chicken, bacon, eggs, cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.
Flatten biscuit rounds and add a spoonful of filling to the center.
Fold and seal the dough around the filling. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush tops with melted butter if desired.
