2 flatbreads
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Brush flatbread with olive oil and garlic.
Bake flatbread for 5 minutes.
Spread Caesar dressing over the flatbread.
Add sliced chicken and Parmesan cheese.
Bake another 5–7 minutes.
Top with romaine lettuce and extra dressing.
Slice and serve immediately.
