3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest optional
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Whisk lime juice zest olive oil garlic chili powder cumin honey salt and pepper in a bowl.

  • Coat chicken thoroughly in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  • Preheat grill or skillet to medium high heat.
