Juicy grilled chicken marinated with chili spices and fresh lime juice.
4 chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons cilantro
Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken with the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken 6–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from grill and rest briefly.
Sprinkle cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
