6 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 chipotle peppers
2 tablespoons adobo sauce
3 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 pounds potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cream
1 cup smoked Gouda
Mix chipotle, honey, garlic, and seasoning to marinate chicken.
