Frozen yogurt clusters made with strawberries and coated with rich chocolate for a refreshing snack.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup strawberries, chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Wash and chop strawberries into small pieces.

  • Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.

  • Fold strawberries into the yogurt mixture.

  • Spoon small portions onto parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Freeze clusters for 1–2 hours until firm.

  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.

  • Drizzle or dip frozen clusters in melted chocolate.

  • Freeze for another 10 minutes until chocolate sets.
