Frozen yogurt clusters made with strawberries and coated with rich chocolate for a refreshing snack.
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup strawberries, chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Wash and chop strawberries into small pieces.
Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
Fold strawberries into the yogurt mixture.
Spoon small portions onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze clusters for 1–2 hours until firm.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
Drizzle or dip frozen clusters in melted chocolate.
Freeze for another 10 minutes until chocolate sets.
Store clusters in the freezer and serve directly from frozen for best texture.
