2 pounds potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 eggs
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup sweet relish
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
