These Cool Ranch Dorito Chicken Tenders are crispy, flavorful, and fun to make. Crushed chips create a crunchy coating that pairs perfectly with juicy chicken. Great for family dinners or party snacks.
1.5 lbs boneless chicken tenders or breasts, cut into strips
2 cups Cool Ranch Doritos, crushed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying or cooking spray for baking
Preheat oven to 400°F if baking.
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare three bowls: flour with spices, beaten eggs, crushed Doritos.
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then egg, then press into chip crumbs.
To bake: place on wire rack, spray lightly, and bake 18–22 minutes, flipping once.
To fry: heat oil in skillet over medium, cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
