1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
4 cups beef broth
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1½ cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, cook beef in oil over medium-high heat until browned.
