Crack Burgers are juicy beef patties blended with ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon, and cream cheese for a rich and savory burger packed with flavor in every bite.
1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 to 6 burger buns
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, extra cheese
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain and crumble.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and softened cream cheese. Mix gently until combined.
Divide mixture into 4 to 6 equal portions and shape into patties. Press a small indentation into the center of each.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat and lightly oil surface.
Cook patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Toast buns lightly if desired.
Assemble burgers on buns with optional toppings and serve hot.
