Description: Crack Burgers are loaded with bacon, ranch seasoning, and sharp cheddar cheese, all mixed into the ground beef for maximum flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix

  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 brioche burger buns

  • Butter, for toasting

  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeños, ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crisp and crumble once cooled.

  • In a bowl, mix beef, bacon, cheese, ranch mix, onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire until combined.

  • Shape into 4 patties and press a dent into the center of each.

  • Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side.

  • Toast buns with butter until golden brown.

  • Assemble with toppings of choice and serve warm.
