1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 oz ranch seasoning mix
2 green onions, chopped (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 brioche burger buns
Butter, for toasting
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeños, ranch dressing
Cook bacon until crisp and crumble once cooled.
In a bowl, mix beef, bacon, cheese, ranch mix, onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire until combined.
Shape into 4 patties and press a dent into the center of each.
Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side.
Toast buns with butter until golden brown.
