Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs ground beef (80/20)

  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 46 burger buns

Instructions

  • Cook and crumble bacon; set aside.

  • Divide and shape into 4–6 patties, pressing an indentation in the center of each.

  • Heat grill or skillet to medium-high. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 160°F.

  • Toast buns if desired. Assemble burgers with preferred toppings.

  • Rest patties for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Chill patties before cooking if mixture is soft.

  • Use turkey for a leaner version.
