A creamy, tangy cheese ball made with goat cheese, sweet cranberries, and toasted pecans. Perfect for holiday parties, wine nights, or festive gatherings.

  • 8 oz goat cheese (softened)

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries

  • 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (optional)

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, green onions, honey, herbs, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  • Shape into a ball using plastic wrap. Chill for 30–60 minutes.

  • Toast pecans in a skillet until fragrant. Let cool, then chop.

  • Chop cranberries and mix with pecans.

  • Roll chilled cheese ball in cranberry-pecan mixture until fully coated.

  • Chill again briefly or serve immediately with crackers or sliced fruit.

Notes

  • For mini cheese balls, divide the mixture and coat individually.

  • Swap pecans with walnuts or seeds for allergy-friendly options.

  • Best served slightly softened at room temperature.
