A creamy, tangy cheese ball made with goat cheese, sweet cranberries, and toasted pecans. Perfect for holiday parties, wine nights, or festive gatherings.
8 oz goat cheese (softened)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (optional)
Pinch of salt and pepper
In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, green onions, honey, herbs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Shape into a ball using plastic wrap. Chill for 30–60 minutes.
Toast pecans in a skillet until fragrant. Let cool, then chop.
Chop cranberries and mix with pecans.
Roll chilled cheese ball in cranberry-pecan mixture until fully coated.
Chill again briefly or serve immediately with crackers or sliced fruit.
For mini cheese balls, divide the mixture and coat individually.
