5 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wash and chop broccoli into small pieces.
Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble.
Combine broccoli, cheese, onion, and seeds in a bowl.
Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, vinegar, and spices.
Pour dressing over salad and mix gently.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Stir and adjust seasoning if needed.
For a lighter version, substitute part of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
