1 1/2 pounds chicken
1 cup orzo
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Season and cook chicken until browned, then set aside.

  • Sauté onion and garlic in butter.

  • Toast orzo briefly, then add broth and simmer.

  • Stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth.

  • Return chicken to the pan and serve warm.
