2 cups cooked shredded chicken
3 cups cooked white or brown rice
2 cups steamed broccoli florets
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk or chicken broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: ½ cup buttered breadcrumbs for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, broccoli, soup, sour cream, milk, 1½ cups cheddar, salt, and pepper.
