A rich and creamy garlic chicken dish made with tender seared chicken and a smooth Parmesan cream sauce.
4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
5 cloves garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Season and sear chicken until golden and cooked through.
Remove chicken and sauté garlic in butter.
Add broth and simmer briefly.
Stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth.
Return chicken to the pan and simmer until sauce thickens.
Keep heat moderate to maintain a smooth sauce texture.
