Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen is a rich and comforting noodle bowl made with tender chicken, garlic-infused broth, and a smooth creamy base.
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 packs ramen noodles
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup fresh spinach
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
1 soft-boiled egg (optional)
Season and cook chicken in olive oil until fully cooked, then slice.
Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil; bring to a simmer.
Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
Stir in heavy cream and keep at a gentle simmer.
Add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
Return chicken to the pot and add spinach.
Adjust seasoning and serve with green onions and egg.
Cook noodles just until tender to avoid a soft texture. Keep heat low after adding cream to prevent separation.
