1 tablespoon olive oil

1 1/4 cups heavy cream

3 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float, then drain.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook garlic until fragrant.

  • Add heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
