1 pound potato gnocchi
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley
Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked gnocchi and coat with the sauce.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
Add feta cheese and lemon juice and mix gently.
