3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
2 cups broccoli florets, lightly cooked
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter or oil
8 oz full-fat cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp dried thyme
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a casserole dish.
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add broccoli and cook until just tender.
Stir in cream cheese, then add heavy cream. Mix until smooth. Add half the cheese and stir.
Fold in chicken and seasonings. Transfer to baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
