12 ounces pasta
2 cups cooked chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup basil pesto
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup spinach (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh basil or parsley
Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook garlic until fragrant.
Add cream and pesto and stir until smooth.
Mix in Parmesan cheese, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked chicken and spinach.
Stir in cooked pasta until coated with sauce.
