2 cups cooked chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup basil pesto
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup spinach (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh basil or parsley

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente and drain.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook garlic until fragrant.

  • Add cream and pesto and stir until smooth.

  • Mix in Parmesan cheese, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Add cooked chicken and spinach.

  • Stir in cooked pasta until coated with sauce.
