4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook and drain spinach thoroughly.
