A hearty, crispy breakfast wrap filled with golden chicken, creamy scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns, cheese, and a flavorful sauce, all toasted to perfection inside a warm tortilla.
4 large flour tortillas
4 cooked crispy chicken tenders
4 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
2 hash brown patties or 1½ cups shredded hash browns, cooked
4 tablespoons sour cream or preferred sauce
1 tablespoon oil or butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook chicken tenders and set aside.
Brown hash browns until crispy and drain excess oil.
Whisk eggs with milk, season, and scramble until fluffy.
Warm tortillas to soften.
In the center of each tortilla, layer eggs, hash brown, chicken, cheese, and sauce.
Fold the tortilla into a sealed hexagon shape.
Toast seam-side down in a skillet with oil or butter. Flip and toast until both sides are golden.
Serve warm.
