Crispy Philly Cheesesteak Grilled Wraps combine tender sliced beef, sautéed onions and peppers, and melted cheese inside a golden grilled tortilla. The outside becomes crisp while the inside remains juicy and savory, creating a handheld meal inspired by the classic Philadelphia cheesesteak.

1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
6 slices provolone or American cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 tablespoon butter for grilling

  • Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet and mix with the beef.

  • Place cheese slices over the mixture and allow them to melt.

  • Warm tortillas briefly so they become flexible.

  • Spoon the cheesesteak filling across the center of each tortilla.

  • Fold the sides inward and roll tightly into wrap shapes.

  • Heat butter in a skillet and grill the wraps seam side down until golden and crisp on each side.

  • Slice diagonally and serve warm.
