A comforting slow cooker casserole made with ground beef, sliced potatoes, cheese, and a creamy sauce — perfect for easy dinners and cozy leftovers.
1 lb ground beef
5 medium russet potatoes, sliced thin
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Non-stick spray
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
Spray the crockpot with non-stick spray.
Layer sliced potatoes, browned beef, onions, cheese, and soup. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3.5–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Let sit 10–15 minutes before serving.
