A comforting slow cooker casserole made with ground beef, sliced potatoes, cheese, and a creamy sauce — perfect for easy dinners and cozy leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 5 medium russet potatoes, sliced thin

  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Non-stick spray

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.

  • Spray the crockpot with non-stick spray.

  • Layer sliced potatoes, browned beef, onions, cheese, and soup. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3.5–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.

  • Let sit 10–15 minutes before serving.
