2 large English cucumbers, sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
8 ounces mozzarella pearls
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wash cucumbers and slice into thin rounds.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Place cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella in a large bowl.
Tear basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
