3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Wash cucumbers and slice them thinly.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and rest for 10 minutes.
In a bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Drain excess liquid from cucumbers.
Add sliced onion to cucumbers.
