All the flavors of a juicy cheeseburger wrapped up in golden, garlicky rollups—perfect for a quick dinner, party snack, or fun lunch.
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
4–6 flour tortillas or 1 tube crescent dough
2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic Butter:
3 tbsp melted butter
1 garlic clove, minced or ½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Sauté onion in a skillet until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and optional tomato paste. Let cool slightly.
Lay out tortillas or dough. Add beef mixture and shredded cheese. Roll up tightly.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley. Brush over each roll.
Bake for 12–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Use turkey or plant-based beef for variation. Add chopped pickles or mustard inside for extra cheeseburger flavor. Serve with dipping sauces.
