All the flavors of a juicy cheeseburger wrapped up in golden, garlicky rollups—perfect for a quick dinner, party snack, or fun lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 46 flour tortillas or 1 tube crescent dough

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 garlic clove, minced or ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Sauté onion in a skillet until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and optional tomato paste. Let cool slightly.

  • Lay out tortillas or dough. Add beef mixture and shredded cheese. Roll up tightly.

  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley. Brush over each roll.

  • Bake for 12–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

Use turkey or plant-based beef for variation. Add chopped pickles or mustard inside for extra cheeseburger flavor. Serve with dipping sauces.
