A simple sheet-pan dinner featuring roasted kielbasa sausage, vegetables, and a sweet garlic honey glaze.
14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place halved potatoes on sheet pan and toss with olive oil.
Roast potatoes for 10 minutes.
Add sliced kielbasa, peppers, and broccoli to pan.
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, and olive oil.
Pour sauce over ingredients and toss gently.
Roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway.
Serve warm.
