Tender slow cooker steak bites and baby potatoes cooked in a rich garlic butter herb sauce.

Ingredients

2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Place halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  • Add steak bites on top of the potatoes.

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Pour the mixture over the steak and potatoes.

  • Stir gently to coat.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

  • Stir before serving.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Carrots or green beans can be added during the final hour of cooking.
