Tender slow cooker steak bites and baby potatoes cooked in a rich garlic butter herb sauce.
2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Place halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add steak bites on top of the potatoes.
Mix melted butter, garlic, broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the steak and potatoes.
Stir gently to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Stir before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Carrots or green beans can be added during the final hour of cooking.
