4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup dried cranberries, chopped
¼ cup green onions, sliced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
¼ tsp garlic powder or ranch seasoning (optional)
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cranberries, green onions, and any optional ingredients.
Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla, all the way to the edges.
Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Unwrap, slice into ½-inch pinwheels, and serve chilled.
Keep chilled until serving for clean slices.
