Grilled chicken marinated in lime and spices, topped with creamy avocado and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 avocados, sliced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Coat chicken with the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  • Grill chicken 6–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Remove from grill and allow to rest briefly.

  • Top with avocado slices, tomatoes, and cilantro.

  • Serve with lime wedges.

Notes

Chicken thighs can be used for a richer flavor and tender texture.
