4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 avocados, sliced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Coat chicken with the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken 6–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from grill and allow to rest briefly.
Top with avocado slices, tomatoes, and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges.
