2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cups seedless grapes, halved if large
2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
2 cups cantaloupe or honeydew, cubed
1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.

  • Slice strawberries and halve large grapes.

  • Cube pineapple and melon into bite-sized pieces.

  • Place all fruit in a large mixing bowl.

  • In a small bowl, whisk honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.

  • Stir in poppy seeds.

  • Drizzle dressing over fruit gradually.

  • Gently fold until evenly coated.

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Stir gently and serve chilled.
