2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cups seedless grapes, halved if large
2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
2 cups cantaloupe or honeydew, cubed
1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.
Slice strawberries and halve large grapes.
Cube pineapple and melon into bite-sized pieces.
Place all fruit in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
Stir in poppy seeds.
Drizzle dressing over fruit gradually.
