Creamy yogurt mixed with strawberries, frozen into clusters, and coated with chocolate for a refreshing frozen dessert.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Wash and chop strawberries into small pieces.

  • Mix yogurt, strawberries, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Spoon small clusters of the yogurt mixture onto the sheet.

  • Freeze for about 2 hours until firm.

  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.

  • Drizzle or dip frozen clusters in melted chocolate.

  • Freeze again for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
