Creamy yogurt mixed with strawberries, frozen into clusters, and coated with chocolate for a refreshing frozen dessert.
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Wash and chop strawberries into small pieces.
Mix yogurt, strawberries, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon small clusters of the yogurt mixture onto the sheet.
Freeze for about 2 hours until firm.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
Drizzle or dip frozen clusters in melted chocolate.
Freeze again for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Store clusters in a sealed container in the freezer for best freshness.
