Crusty bread loaded with garlic butter chicken, mozzarella, and cream cheese, baked until golden and melty. Perfect for slicing and serving warm.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large French or Italian loaf
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant. Stir in parsley and set aside.

  • In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, seasoning, and some garlic butter.

  • Slice bread lengthwise and hollow out the center.

  • Stuff with chicken mixture. Top with remaining cheeses.

  • Close loaf, brush with garlic butter and olive oil.

  • Wrap in foil and bake 20 minutes.

  • Unwrap and bake 8–10 minutes more until golden.

  • Let rest, slice, and serve warm.
