Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are oven-baked biscuit pockets filled with seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlicky Parmesan butter.
1 lb ground beef (85/15 or 90/10)
1 small yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or 12 small cubes)
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet, sauté onion over medium heat for 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add ground beef, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Set aside to cool.
Flatten biscuit rounds into 4–5 inch circles. Place 2 tbsp beef and 1 tbsp cheese in center.
Fold dough over filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan. Brush bombs with mixture.
Bake for 14–16 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with extra garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Substitute turkey, plant-based meat, or alternative cheeses as needed. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for later.
