4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon parsley
2 pounds potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cream
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Boil potatoes until tender and mash with butter and cream.
