A sweet and savory grilled cheese filled with creamy Brie and juicy blueberries.
4 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces Brie cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place Brie cheese on two slices.
Add blueberries and drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle thyme if desired.
Top with remaining bread slices, butter side outward.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Slice and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
