Ingredients

4 ounces smoked salmon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic
1 shallot
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup broth
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook gnocchi until tender and set aside.

  • Sauté shallot and garlic in oil and butter.
