8 ounces whole wheat pasta
2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna in water, drained
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon dill (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  • Drain and rinse under cold water, then set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add tuna and gently break into chunks.
  • Stir in celery, onion, parsley, and dill.
  • Add pasta and peas, then mix until evenly coated.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
